ktb is in need of your help. we greatly appreciate all who have contributed and assisted us in ktb's recovery. however, we are still in need of help [contact information]. we have set up a special needs fund to accommodate for the following:

001» reconstructive surgery: [jaw surgeries and teeth implants]. thus far estimate is about $70,000-$100,000. after we meet with the team of oral surgeons next week, we will have the complete treatment plan. we have been waiting for the stereolithic model to know the procedures for the upper jaw bone implant/growth. the goal is to perform the first surgery this fall. donations can be made payable to: the ktb special needs trust, mailed to the home [so we can acknowledge the donation].

002» housing assisstance: real estate equity share investor to assist or solve our housing needs.

003» physical therapy: funding to continue ktb's therapy needs (physical, speech, and occupational). her outpatient therapies have stopped, and we are on our own to assist kt in her continued forward journey. private tutors and activities are needed.

004» benefit event: we are still trying to organize a fundraiser for kt's medical needs. anyone who can assist would be most appreciated. we are seeking the support of a non-profit organization willing to umbrella a fundraiser. we are hoping to organize a benefit event with a silent auction in spring 2005. thus far we have the volunteers: esther [catering service], gina [organization and implementation], mark [online auction integration]. the following silent auction items have been confirmed:
